Production: We laser cut all of our wooden clocks in our rural Ohio shop. This specific clock is made out of 1/4" thick Maple Plywood. We do not offer dyes or finishes with this listing. High quality quartz clock movements are used (1-AA battery is required, not included).
Every laser engraved clock comes with a laser cut stand that is easy to assemble (This stand is optional, as the clock arrives ready-to-hang). Our stands are laser cut from 1/8" Masonite.
The graining will slightly vary from what is shown in the picture as each piece of wood is beautifully unique.

The clock order arrived in a reasonable time. The personalized engraving was poorly spaced, making the clock unworthy of its gift purpose. I submitted a request for a replacement Time Flies Clocks with pictures of the clockface error. I received a single reply saying a replacement clock would be sent. No clock was ever received. None of my 3 additional emails were answered. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no attempt to correct the error. They kept my money and offered no refund, even after I requested a refund when it became apparent they were NOT going to replace the clock. I will never do business with them again!
